Personal pick-up  free of charge!

  • Personal goods collecting is possible at our salon BEAUTYSHAPE at Prague 2, Lublaňská 47 (200 m from the I.P.Pavlova subway station)
  • You can pay for your personal collection order with cash, bank transfer or with a credit card, if you order via the internet
  • You can pick up your order personally after receiving a confirmation via email or call from us.



Czech post - parcel delivery to preferred address

  • Price for delivery: 70 Kč
  • Czech Post will deliver your parcel, you will be informed by SMS on the day of delivery
  • You can easily track your order via Czech Post online system here: zde 
  • On the day of dispatch you will receive a detailed e-mail with the number of the package and delivery date. Parcels are delivered on weekdays, in the common delivery time that the Czech Post offers at given location.
  • After unsuccessful attempt of delivery, the parcel is stored at the nearest post office and you will be informed about this via SMS and formal notice (your parcel will be stored at post office max 6 days).
  • Your parcel will be delivered within 2 working days after dispatch of your order is confirmed.
  • Please check a condition of the parcel when it's delivered, pay attention on our tape, especially if it is somehow violated or if it has another label or if this tape is just white or transparent. In case if parcel has defects, unwrap it only in the presence of the courier. Refuse to accept the parcel if you doubt. Inform us immediately for the further steps. If you accept the parcel and find out the damage or loss of content afterwards, you can not ask for the warranty claim between you and the shipping company. If the parcel doesn't have any defects, the courier is not obliged to wait till you open it.
  • In case you find any damage after your parcel is unwraped, you can contact Czech Post customer service (840 111 244). Parcel damage claim can be applied up to 3 days.
  • You can also use Czech Post application for smartphones, that for instance allows you track the order Aplication for iPhone and Android.



Czech Post - parcel delivery to the preferred post office

  • Price for delivery: 70 Kč
  • The Czech Post will deliver your parcel within 24 hours to one of its 2600 post offices throughout the Czech Republic that you select at the end of your order
  • You will be informed about your parcell collection via sms or mail. Please note! You can come to the post office only after the delivery is confirmed, otherwise it could be possible that your parcel is not ready to be collected.
  • For the parcel collection you will need a passport, parcel posting number or mail and tel. number.
  • Please check a condition of the parcel when it's delivered, pay attention on our tape, especially if it is somehow violated or if it has another label or if this tape is just white or transparent. In case if parcel has defects, unwrap it only in the presence of the postal worker. You can refuse to accept the parcel if you doubt. Inform us immediately for the further steps. If you accept the parcel and find out the damage or loss of content afterwords, you can not ask for the warranty claim between you and the shipping company.



Courier delivery PPL

  • Price for delivery: 99 Kč
  • Your order will be delivered via PPL courier delivery.
  • ZYour parcel will be delivered next working day after order confirmation. The courier will contact you in the morning, so you can arrange an exact time and place of delivery.

  • Please check a condition of the parcel when it's delivered. In case of any damage or suspicion write this note and specification of the damage to the courier's protocol. You can refuse to accept the parcel if you doubt. In this case, please inform us immediately for further steps.
