How do I get 15% discount on services?

Registered clients get 15% back on every purchase above 1000,- Kč in form of vouchers you can redeem for services in our beauty center. This offer is not applicable to gift certificates

How to apply a voucher and where can I find it?

A voucher can be found at the bottom of the delivery note. Reservations required in advance on tel. 773 034 747 or 222 542 069. To use the discount, you must submit the original invoice/order. What is the validity of the voucher?

The validity of the voucher is 30 days after the issue of the delivery note

What is a pro forma invoice?

A pro forma invoice is a request for payment to be made in advance of products being reserved, ordered and delivered.

What should be included in the package being sent to the claims department?

You must return the complete product including all parts (also 15% voucher for our services, if you get one), a copy of the invoice/invoice number, and a document with detailed information regarding the defects and how they occurred.

Can I give back or exchange goods?

You can give back or exchange your goods without any explanation during first 14 days.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only before it's despatched. After despatch your cancel will not be accepted.
